Q. Why does the Antivirus on my computer treat your software as a virus?
A. Norton, Avast and a few other Antivirus programs give off false virus alerts. Our software tries to connect to a server during the installation process so the Antivirus treats the process as a threat.
Our software is safe and virus free. Simply disable your Antivirus software unrtil the install is complete and then re-enable the software. In addition, you can simply make an exception in the software and allow the software to install.
Q. Why does the word "DEMO" display after buying the full version of the software?
A. You need to uninstall the demo version of the software before installing the full version of the software. After removing the demo version of the software you should be able to print without the word "DEMO" being displayed.
Q. Do you have a MAC version of the software?
A. No. The W2 and 1099 Generator are only available for Windows. We may provide a MAC version in the future. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list and we will let you know about future updates and new products.
Q. Can I submit the completed 1099 or W2 to the IRS?
A. Yes. The completed forms can be submitted to the IRS.
Q. My hard drive crashed. How do I get another copy of the software I purchased?
A. Please send an email to us from the contact page. Be sure to include the order#, Customer Name and Email address. A member of our team will verify the order and re-send another download link to you.
Q. What can I use the W2 and 1099 software for?
A. The W2 and 1099 both can be used for income verification. Most banks require a 1099 or W2 to show proof of income when trying to apply for a loan. Companies like American Express require a W2 or 1099 for income verification also if no paystub is available.
